This Cookie Policy explains how Zyndix MB ("Fonderis") uses cookies and similar technologies on fonderis.com and the Fonderis application. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how it is used. We also use similar technologies such as analytics scripts and session-analytics tools.

2. How we use cookies and similar technologies

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Service to function: authentication and session management (via our auth provider, Supabase), security, and your language preference. These cannot be switched off without breaking core features.
  • Analytics & performance (non-essential, used with your consent) — to understand how the Service is used and improve it:
    • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
    • Microsoft Clarity (including session analytics such as click and scroll interactions)
    • PostHog (product analytics, EU-hosted)
  • Payment — Stripe may set cookies during checkout to process payments securely and prevent fraud.

We do not use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies.

3. Your consent and managing cookies

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential (analytics) cookies, and you can change your choice at any time via [cookie settings link]. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

4. Third-party cookies and international transfers

Some cookies and technologies are operated by the third parties above (Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Supabase, PostHog), which process the data in line with their own policies. Google and Microsoft analytics may involve transfers outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
